A mobile app that I use at least once a week and am very
familiar with is the Walmart Mobile App. Before the pandemic, I would never
have placed a curbside or delivery order from Walmart for food or essential
items. I wanted to pick out my items from the store. Being considered high-risk
during the COVID-19 pandemic, I used the Walmart App daily to purchase items
for a curbside order. Today, I use the app at least once a week.
